From 1966-69 Tim Nastro played men's lacrosse for the FDU Devils. A four year starter, Nastro was elected tri-captain in 1968 and 1969. In 1968 and 1969 Nastro was named All-American. He scored 12 points against Muhlenberg in 1966 to set a school record, also scoring seven goals in that game to tie an FDU record. Nastro was among the nation's scoring leaders in each of his four seasons. He finished his career as all-time leader in goals and assists and currently is fifth on the school's career scoring list with 215 points. In addition to his FDU playing days, Nastro was a member of the New York Lacrosse Club, the Monterey, California, Lacrosse Club and the Pensacola, Florida Lacrosse Club. After graduation, he served six years active duty as a pilot in the United States Navy. He left active duty in 1976 and continued in the Naval Reserve until 1992, retiring as a captain
