Redd was a four-year letterwinner and two-time Team MVP (2005, 2006).

Redd was named First Team All-Freedom Conference in 2005 and 2006 while earning Second Team All-Freedom Conference honors in 2004.  In the FDU record book, she is first All-Time in career kills (1,351), first and fifth All-Time in single-season kills (404, 369), tied for fourth All-Time in single-season aces (72), and fifth All-Time in career blocks (234).

After FDU, Megan coached volleyball and basketball at Alexander Dawson in Lafayette, Colorado.  She received a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Kaplan University in 2012.  She is currently a Phlebotomist at a blood bank and resides in Rapid City, South Dakota with her husband, Cody Scheel.
