Kate Daly was a four-year letter winner for the Devils women’s basketball and women’s soccer teams.
Daly etched her name in both the FDU-Florham basketball and soccer record books during her four-year playing career (2004-2008).
Daly was a standout athlete for the Devils women’s soccer team and ranks fifth All-Time in goals scored (26) and assists (12). She was named to the All-Conference team three times (2004-2006).
As a member of the Devils women’s basketball team, Daly is considered one of the best teammates in the program’s history. Always looking to share the basketball, she currently ranks third All-Time in career assists (372) and second in single-season assists (123).
Kate currently teaches fourth grade at South River Elementary School. She coaches three sports, including junior varsity basketball and track for South River High School and middle school soccer for the South River Middle School. She still plays soccer and basketball in local recreation leagues and has become an avid runner, participating in several half marathons, including the Philadelphia Marathon. She currently resides in South River, N.J.
