Hall of Fame
Niki Ikeda played on the FDU-Florham field hockey team from 2011-14. Ikeda, a four-time All-MAC Freedom First Team selection and 2014 Second Team NFHCA All-American, guided the Devils to 45 victories, a MAC Freedom Championship title and an appearance in the 2014 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. Over the course of her career, Ikeda earned numerous accolades including MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year honors in 2011, MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2014 and three nods to the NFHCA All-Region teams.

Ikeda, captain of the 2014 squad, played in 86 career games, posted 18 goals and 12 assists for 48 points. Ikeda currently sits third in the FDU record books for game winning goals in a single season and fourth in both career game winning goals and career defensive saves.
In the classroom, Ikeda was a four-time NFHCA National Academic Squad honoree and capped her career in 2014 by being named FDU's Wade W. Watkins Award Winner and as the FDU Maddy Awards Female Athlete of the Year.

The 2014 squad won the MAC Freedom Championship with a 2-1 win over Misericordia University on Robert T. Shields Field and went on to defeat #17 Utica College in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament.
