Fairleigh Dickinson University Athletic Department strives to provide experiences designed to enhance the athletic, intellectual, moral, and social development of students.  As a staff, we want to prepare our student-athletes to be; great students in the classroom, good citizens on campus and in the community, exceptional athletes on the playing field, and advocates for our future.  It is expected that each individual associated with the Devils Athletic Department conducts themselves with the highest level of honor, dignity, sportsmanship and fair play within the NCAA and Middle Atlantic Conferences.
