Ferrante played baseball in 1992 and 1993. His .394 career average ranks first on the school’s all-time list. His 13 home runs in his two seasons ranks first on the career list.
Ferrante was named to the MAC Northeast 1st Team in both 1992 and 1993 and was named team MVP in 1993. He owns the fourth-best single-season batting average in school history with a .396 mark. His 13 doubles in 1992 ties the program record for the most-ever in a season.
His 50 hits in 1993 in the second-most ever in a single season in school history. His nine home runs in 1992 is the most ever in one season in the program’s history. He also owns two of the school’s top three single-season RBI totals (35 in 1992, 34 in 1993).
