Hall of Fame
Ryan Licht played on the FDU-Florham men's lacrosse team for four seasons and was a three time All-MAC Freedom selection earning First Team honors in 2003 and 2004 and Second Team accolades in 2005 as a long stick midfielder. Licht was a three-time captain, team Rookie of the Year and led the Devils to 35 wins as well as to three appearances in the MAC Tournament which included a trip to the championship game in 2004.

After his time with FDU, Licht played lacrosse professionally with the Denver Outlaws, the San Francisco Dragons and the New Jersey Pride of Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and also played internationally for Team Ireland where he won a gold medal in 2007 in the Celtic Cup Championship and a silver medal in 2012 in the European Championship.
