Kim Toth played volleyball and softball at FDU from 1979-83. Named FDU's Athlete of the Year in 1981-82 she was selected First Team All-MAC and NJAIAW in 1981 for volleyball. Her team selected her MVP for Volleyball in both 1980 and in 1982. Twice selected for the NJAIAW All Conference Team, in 1980 and in 1981, Toth was also selected for the MAC All Star Team. In softball, Kim still holds the career record with eight home runs. She currently ranks second on career stolen base list with 39 and is the career leader with a .448 batting average. Her .492 career on-base percentage ranks second in FDU history and is the school's all-time leader with a career .768 slugging percentage. In 1982-83 Toth was named the James Griffo Award Winner for Academic Excellence for her four years.
