Hall of Fame
Steve Seminerio was a four-year letterwinner for the FDU-Florham baseball team from 2009-12.
He was part of the baseball program that qualified for the MAC Freedom Tournament all four seasons, winning the ECAC Metro Championship in 2012. Steve and 2016 Hall of Fame inductee Matt Oliveto led the Devils to the MAC Freedom Finals in 2011.
A First Team All-MAC Freedom selection in 2011 when he batted .401 with 63 hits and 15 double, he also put together a fine season in 2010 when he collected 72 hits and scoring 70 runs. Both the 72 hits and 70 runs are single season records, while also totaling with eight home runs, 16 doubles and seven triples. All of those numbers are in the top-three for single season marks.
Steve is the career leader with 234 hits and 196 runs scored, and second with 47 doubles and 16 triples. Steve was also selected as the teams Most Valuable Player in 2012.
After graduating from FDU, he earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and presently works as a Financial Analyst with Atlantic Health.
