Hall of Fame
Kelly (James) Allen was a three-time All-Conference selection, claiming First Team honors in 1998. She was part of the 1998 team that went 27-11 and was the MAC Freedom Regular Season Champions.
The 27 wins in 1998 set a new program standard, and would not be broken for another 10 seasons. That 1998 team featured three hall of famers in Jen Russomanno and Cara Boseski, with all three being named to the First Team that year.
She is sixth all-time with 411 at-bats while collecting 27 career doubles, which is fifth best in a career. During the 2001 season, she had 49 hits, good for sixth all-time in a single season, while also hitting .392 with five home runs and 22 RBI’s.
Her 411 career at-bats trail hall of famers Kelly Nover, Russomanno and Boseski, in addition to 2019 eligible candidates Sarah Lima and Brittni Wurst.Â
Kelly is a portfolio associate with Morgan Stanley in Bernardsville, and has two kids; Hannah (10) and Sean (7).
