Hall of Fame
Timony was a four-year men's basketball student athlete from 1995-1999. During his playing career, he led his team in scoring for three straight seasons from 96-97 through 98-99 and ranks fourth all-time in scoring in program history with 1,812 points. Timony ranks fifth all-time in field goals made with 705 and ranks fifth all-time in field goal attempts with 1,337. His career 345 free throws rank third all-time in program history and the 115 of them he sunk during the 98-99 season rank as the fourth best for the single season record in team history.

He was named First Team All-Freedom Conference for the 97-98 and 98-99 seasons, as well as earning Tri-Player of the Year in the 97-98 season. Bill was also a Second Team All-Conference player during the 96-97 season.

He was inducted into the FDU Devils Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2004.
