Madison, N.J. (May 20)- The FDU-Florham football team and Head Coach
Anthony Van Curen have released their 2024 schedule that will be the program's 50
th anniversary season.

The schedule will include 10 total games with one non-conference game and nine Middle Atlantic Conference matchups. The schedule will also include six home games and four away games.
Â
The Devils will open up their 50
th anniversary season under the lights on Robert T. Shields Filed on Friday, September 9/6 at 7:00pm for their only non-conference matchup against William Paterson. FDU will then open up MAC play at home on Saturday, September 14 as they host Albright for a 12:00pm kickoff.

The first road game of the season will be at Misericordia on Saturday, September 21 before Fairleigh Dickinson returns home again to host Lebanon Valley for their homecoming game on Saturday, September 28 for a noon kickoff. The conference bye week will then take place the following weekend.

After the bye, the Devils will then see two straight road games, starting with Alvernia on Saturday, October 12 and then will travel to Doylestown, Pa. to square off with the defending MAC Champions Delaware Valley on Saturday, October 19.

Fairleigh Dickinson will then return to Robert T. Shields Field to face off with King's (Pa.) on Saturday, October 26 for a 12:00pm start before heading to Owings Mills, Md. the following weekend to battles Stevenson on Saturday, November 2.

FDU will then close out the 2024 regular season with two home games. They will first take on Widener on Saturday, November 9 for a 12:00pm kickoff and then will cap of the regular season with a matchup against Eastern on Saturday, November 16. The game against the Eagles will also be the day the Devils on their senior class for senior day.

The winner of the Middle Atlantic Conference will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The MAC will also continue their bowl series with the Centennial Conference where seeds 2-4 will square off with each other depending on the final rankings.

Last season, the Devils finished just at .500 with a 5-5 record on the year, that placed them seventh in the conference standings last year.
