Danbury, Conn. (December 15)- FDU-Florham men's soccer midfielder Diego Trujillo (Bridgewater, N.J.) was honored this week by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) when they released their All-ECAC teams for the 2023 and selected him as a Second Team honoree.

Trujillo adds this accolade to his terrific 2023 season that also saw him earn All-MAC Freedom First Team and United Soccer Coaches All-Region IV Second Team honors earlier on this year.

Diego helped guide his team to an overall record of 9-3-7 and helped the team make it to the semifinals of the Division III ECAC Championship Tournament after a thrilling 3-3 (3-1) penalty shootout win over NJCU in the first round of the tournament.

From an individual standpoint, he collected five goals and three assists for 13 points in his sophomore season. He also led the Devils this year in shots (48) and shots on goal (26).
