lorham Campus Sports Medicine team's mission to provide the highest quality health care to our student-athletes. We are committed to ensuring that student-athletes have the best recourses available to them. The services we provide can be divided into four domains:
- Prevention of Athletic Injuries
- Recognition, Evaluation and Immediate Care of Athletic Injuries
- Rehabilitation and Reconditioning of Athletic Injuries and Illnesses
- Health and Injury Management Education
The FDU Sports Medicine team strives to utilize the most efficient, effective and current technologies to provide the best care possible.
Furthermore, the purpose of our sports medicine program can be broken down in to 3 distinct parts:
- To allow easy access for student-athletes to receive the health care they need
- To ensure that any student-athletes injured can return to their sports safe and effectively
- To reduce the risk of injury by implementing injury prevention methods
Our Sports Medicine Team will always make the student-athlete the first priority. The Fairleigh Dickinson University Sports Medicine Team strives to be a program excellence.
