Box Score MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were beaten by Eastern, 20-6, in Freedom Conference action on Wednesday evening.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 3-10 (1-2 Freedom) while the Eagles improved to 11-2 (4-0 Freedom).
Eastern got off to a great start, scoring the first six goals of the game before FDU got on the board with 8:10 left in the second quarter on a goal from junior midfielder

Jake Higgins cut it to 6-2 with 4:51 to go in the half but the Eagles scored the last four goals to take a 10-2 halftime lead.
After Eastern made it 11-2 to start the third quarter, the Devils scored four of the next six goals to pull to within 13-6 at the end of the third quarter. Sophomore attack

Cory Weiss scored the four Devil goals. The Eagles really put the game away to start the fourth quarter though, as they ripped off seven straight goals to take a 20-6 lead with 8:27 to go on their way to the victory.
Weiss finished the game with a goal and two assists while Reda tallied a goal and an assist. Freshman goalkeeper
Tim Zangara suffered the loss, making 15 saves.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at DeSales beginning at 1 pm.
