Box Score DALLAS, PA - Senior midfielder
Paul Colflesh tallied three goals, including the game-winner with 2:55 left in the second overtime, and assist to lead the College at Florham Devils to an 8-7 victory over Misericordia in Freedom Conference action on Saturday afternoon.
With the win, the Devils improved to 6-6 (2-1 Freedom) while the Cougars dropped to 11-2 (2-1 Freedom).
FDU got off to a great start, scoring all four goals in the first quarter to grab a 4-0 lead after one. Senior attack

Cory Weiss, and Colflesh scored the four goals for FDU.
After a scoreless second quarter, Misericordia scored all three third quarter goals to close to within 4-3. The Cougars then scored the first two goals of the fourth quarter to take a 5-4 lead before sophomore midfielder
Jake Higgins tied it at 5-5 with 7:01 left in regulation. Misericordia then scored back-to-back goals to grab a 7-5 lead with 5:21 to go and it looked the Devils would come up short but Koontz made it 7-6 with 1:58 remaining and Colflesh tied it at 7-7 0:21 to play. The two teams played the first overtime with a goal before Colflesh came up with his heroics with 2:55 to go in the second overtime.
Koontz finished the game with two goals while Weiss finished with a goal and an assist. Sophomore
George Beck was outstanding in goal, picking up the win by making 23 saves.
The Devils return to action on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at Eastern beginning at 4 pm.
