York, PA (May 3)- In the final day of the 2025 Outdoor MAC Track & Field Championships, the FDU-Florham Devils Men's Track & Field team put forth competitors in two events, but was able to see the hard work pay off as
Joseph Teresi (Ocean Twp, NJ) will travel back with a bronze medal in the shot put.
As a team, FDU was only to account for points in the final day of events, resulting in them placing 15th of 15 teams with 6 points.
As the only track event of the day for FDU-Florham, runners
Nathaniel Perrelli (Fanwood, NJ),
Luke Passarelli (Brick, NJ), Nathaniel Evely (Botoga, NJ), and
Lucas Sorrentino (Staten Island, NY) teamed up to run the 4x400m relay. The result for the Devils saw a collective time of 3:30.09, which was the 15
th fastest time in the meet.
Securing the only medal of the three-day meet for FDU was Teresi, as he threw out a mark of 14.96m, placing him third on the podium. His throw did not reach as school record as it was his fourth-best throw of the season.
FDU-Florham will now look to Saturday, May 10, as some Devils' times qualify for the DIII ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted at Goucher University.
