Madison, NJ (January 10) - The FDU-Florham baseball team and head coach Jamie Quinn have released its 2023 schedule. It features 39 games, 18 home contests, 16 away games, five neutral site competitions, seven doubleheaders and 24 MAC Freedom contests.

COMPLETE 2023 FDU-FLORHAM BASEBALL SCHEDULE

The Devils open their season campaign hosting the Madison Avenue Challenge on February 25 with matchups against Saint Elizabeth University at 10:00 am and Drew University at 1:30 pm. The team will then travel to Kean University on February 28, to Rutgers-Camden on March 4 and to Rutgers-Newark on March 7 and will host CCNY March 3 before opening MAC Freedom play.

FDU-Florham opens MAC Freedom competition at Lycoming College on March 10 at 3:00 pm before hosting the Warriors for a doubleheader on March 11 with first pitch at 12:00 pm.

After the Lycoming doubleheader, the Devils will travel for their spring break matchups in the RussMatt Invitational in Florida. The Devils are slated for five contests during the Invitational, matching up against Minnesota-Morris (March 14), Western New England University (March 15), UMass-Boston (March 17), TCNJ (March 18) and Keystone (March 18).

Following the RussMatt Invitational, FDU-Florham will play a non-conference game at Merchant Marine on March 22 at 3:30 pm before returning to MAC Freedom play for its next 12 contests. FDU will travel for doubleheaders against DeSales University (March 25), King's College (Pa.) (April 1), Stevens Institute of Technology (April 4) and a single against Arcadia in addition to hosting single matchups against DeSales (March 24), Stevens (March 28) King's (March 30), and a doubleheader against Arcadia (April 8).

The Devils see a break in MAC Freedom play as they will host Old Westbury for non-conference action on April 11 at 3:30 pm before returning to conference play for a three-game series with Delaware Valley University on April 14 at 3:30 and April 15 at 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

FDU-Florham finishes its season with six MAC Freedom matchups and two non-conference games. Baseball will host SUNY Maritime on April 18 at 3:30 pm before a three-game conference series with Misericordia, hosting the single game on April 21 before traveling for the doubleheader on April 22 starting at 12:00 pm.

The Devils will then close out non-conference play at home against Stockton University on April 25 at 3:30 pm before its final regular-season three-game MAC Freedom series against Wilkes University, traveling for the single game on April 28 at 3:30 pm before hosting the doubleheader on April 29 starting at 12:00 pm

The 2022-23 MAC Freedom Tournament will begin on Tuesday, May 1 and a champion will be crowned on Friday, May 13. The higher seeded team will be named the host in each round and the winner of the MAC Freedom title will earn the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Division III baseball national tournament.
