ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 1, 2020)- Members of the FDU Men's and Women's Swimming programs competed in the Eastern College Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships over the weekend at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Junior
Eric Bang represented the men's team and junior
Molly Miller represented the women's team.
THE RESULTS
Bang broke two school records on the weekend and competed in five total events. He broke the school record in the 200 im, swimming a time of 2:02.87 and the 200 butterfly, with a record time of 2:06.49. This concludes an impressive season for the junior, breaking multiple records and contining to pave the way for the men's swimming program.
Miller represented the Devils on the women's side, competing in three total races over the weekend. She raced in the 1650 free, 500 free and 200 free to complete her 2019-20 season. Miller finishes another impressive year at FDU, continuing to put her name in the record books as the best swimmer in female program history.
This marks the third straight season FDU Men's and Women's Swimming has qualified to compete in the ECAC Swimming and Diving Championships.
