GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three FDU-Florham swimmers were named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District team as seniors

Katelyn Plank and
Magda Konopka each earned the honor, the CSC Academic All-District Program announced Tuesday.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Swimming & Diving teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. Each honoree must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and be a sophomore or above.
Bang, a senior communications major, placed third in the 50-yard freestyle B final at the 2026 MAC Championships with a time of 22.08. He then placed 10th as a member of the men's 200-yard freestyle relay final, finishing with a final time of 1:40.03. Bang then had a first-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke final with a time of 1:00.86 and a second-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle B final, with a time of 49.06.
Plank, a psychology major and Konopka, a biology major each swam in the women's 50-yard freestyle finals. Plank competed in the B final where she finished second with a time of 25.27 while Konopka competed in the A final, finishing fifth with a time of 24.63.
The pair placed seventh as part of the women's 200-yard freestyle relay final, posting a time of 1:41.98.
Plank finished seventh in the A final of the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.43.
In the 100-yard freestyle Plank and Konopka qualified for the A final, as Plank finished seventh with a time of 54.54 and Konopka finished eighth with a time of 54.97.
The pair of seniors finished the championship meet in the 200-yard freestyle A final, with Konopka finishing sixth with a time of 54.36 and Plank finishing eighth with a time of 55.90.
