Men's Swimming Falls Short at Wilkes, 159-82

WIlkes-Barre, Pa (January, 25 2020) -

 The FDU Devils men's swimming team hit the road on Saturday to face off against Wilkes. By a score of 159-82, the Devils were defeated by the Colonels. With the loss, the Devils drop to 2-4 on the season, as Wilkes jumps to 6-2 overall.

FIRST PLACE DEVILS
  • Junior Eric Bang gave the Devils its first victory of the day, as he crossed first in the 100-yard Freestyle.
  •  Later on the afternoon, Bang once again stepped up big for the Devils, this time securing the top spot in the 200-yard Butterfly.
  •  Freshman Jimmy Dougherty had the top finish in the 200-yard Breaststroke. 
  •  Bang won his third contest of the day, as he finished first in the 500-yard Freestyle. 

UP NEXT

The Squad returns to action in one weeks time as they face off against Sarah Lawrence, at 1 p.m.
