Madison, NJ (November 23, 2019)- The FDU men's swimming team bested Lebanon Valley during Saturdays home meet. The Devils won by a final score of 107-79. The Devils move to an even 2-2 on the season. FDU finished first in eight different vents.
MEET NOTES
- The first FDU win of the day came victory in the 400 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 4:00.26. The group of junior Josh Atkins, freshman Jimmy Dougherty, freshman Justin Atkins, and sophomore Anthony Muschiatti propelled the Devils to the win.
- Justin Atkins also finished ahead of the competition in the 200 Yard Freestyle, with a time of 2:00.94.
- Junior Eric Bang was the top finisher in the 200 Yard IM and 500 Yard Freestyle, with times of 10:12.27 and 2:09.70.
YOUTH MOVEMENT
Freshman
Jimmy Dougherty swam a season best in the 100 freestyle (52:22) while Freshman
Jack Hulsart won the 100 back (1:07:06) for his first individual victory of the season.
