FDU recorded their first 2-0 start since 2010 after last weekend. With a win on Saturday, the Devils can push their record to 3-0 for the first time since 1995.
ALVERNIA REPORT
The Golden Wolves are a first year program, and earned a win in their first-ever game. Alvernia knocked off Gallaudet University 26-21 on September 1 thanks to a game-clinching goal-line stand. Malcolm Carey led Alvernia with 117 yards rushing and two touchdowns.
RECORD-BREAKER
Senior quarterback
Jagger Green broke two school-records in the victory last weekend. He became the Devils all-time leader in passing yards (5,039) and completions (503), passing FDU hall of fame member
Bill Winters in the process.
PRICE IS RIGHT
Junior
Damarquis Price made the most of his first catch of the season, corralling an 18 yard touchdown toss from Green last week. Price hauled in four catches for 47 yards with the score in the game.

Robert Planter notched his first career interception against the Pioneers. Planter returned the interception 47 yards for a touchdown, helping to extend the Devils lead.
DE-FENSE
The Devils defense was active, forcing four turnovers in the first quarter. Planter, senior

Dane Lupton pounced on a loose fumble. Planter also tallied two of the teams three sacks, as the team had seven tackles for a loss.

Nick Maciejewski converted his first field goal of the season last week, hitting from 25 yards.
