NEWTOWN, Pa. – The MAC office announced the 2026 Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Academic All-MAC Teams Wednesday morning as a total of 20 student-athletes were recognized including FDU-Florham women's sprinter
Bianca Burke.
The Winter Academic All-MAC teams recognize the top student-athletes both in the classroom and in athletic competition during the 2026 spring semester. The MAC sports information directors nominate and vote on the Academic All-MAC teams, giving 50 percent weight on both academic success and athletic success. A student-athlete must have a spring semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award.
Burke, a Bridgewater, N.J. native was both a First and Second Team All-MAC selection for the 2026 Women's Indoor Track & Field All-MAC teams. The senior criminology major finished first overall in the women's 400m dash with a time of 58.79, setting a new school record. She followed up her record-breaking performance in the 400m dash with a record breaking second place finish in the women's 200m dash with a time of 26.44.
This is the first Academic All-MAC selection of Burke's career.
