NEWTOWN, Pa. – FDU-Florham men's basketball junior Chris Smith was named Second-Team All-MAC Freedom for the 2025-26 season the conference office announced Wednesday morning. 
 
Smith, a Florham Park, N.J. native was FDU's standout this season as the 6-5 forward led the Devils in total points (365), points per game (14.6), total rebounds (142), rebounds per game (5.7), made field goals (147), minutes played (776) and minutes per game (31.0). 
 
Smith recorded 23 games with double figure points and reached the 20-point mark twice with his season-high of 24 coming in FDU's 62-61 win over Saint Elizabeth on Nov. 11. Then on Feb. 21, Smith put up 20 points against Stevens as he finished the night 6-for-12 from the field and was 8-for-10 from the stripe. 
 
The junior forward finished the season ninth in the MAC Freedom in both points per game and rebounds per game.
