Madison, NJ – The FDU-Florham Devils women's basketball team faced Bryn Mawr this afternoon on home court. The Devils exploded in the second half, defeating the Owls 69-59.

How it Happened
- The Devils and the Owls began the first quarter going basket for basket, already at a score of 7-7 with 4:07 on the clock
- They continued this close match-up, but FDU finished the first quarter on top with a made layup from Sode bringing the score to 15-13
- Sode entered the second quarter on a hot streak as she notched 8 points lifting the Devils to a 5-point lead, 24-19, at the 4:06 time stamp
- Shannon Tighe, Alexa Chapman, Kristen Mellon, and Walker closed out the second with a score of 31-25, as their combined 7 points helped the Devils hold onto the lead
- The Devils maintained their momentum from the second quarter as they went into the third, with points from Sode, Tighe, and back-to-back 3's from Walker took the score to 41-36 at the 4:57 time stamp
- Clancy, Sode, and Julia Vazquez posted a total of 10 points to put FDU up 53-39 as the third quarter concluded
- Bryn Mawr closed the gap slightly at the start of the fourth, getting to a 9-point deficit, 55-46, with 7:43 remaining
- The Devils did not let the Owls closing in shake them as points from Tighe, Clancy, and Centeno kept FDU afloat as they reached a score of 63-50 with 3:28 on the clock
- Bryn Mawr came close to FDU but made baskets from Centeno closed out the game with a Devils win, 69-59
