ANNVILLE, Pa. – The FDU-Florham men's basketball team fell to Lebanon Valley 83-69 Wednesday night on the road.
 
DEVILS HIGHLIGHTS

• Frankie Denvir led all Devils scorers with 16 points on 4-of-12 from the field including a 3-for-8 night from long range and 5-of-6 from the stripe. 
• Mac Creek tallied 12 points with a 4-of-8 night

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Dutchmen got on the board first as Giovanni Sejuste made a tip-in layup at the 18:46 mark. The Devils quickly tied it with a layup from Creek, kicking off the start of six tied scores by the 10:29 mark.
• After back-to-back treys from Gino Romano and Creek, the Devils took a 22-17 lead with 8:26 to play in the first half, sparking a 21-0 run highlighted by six Devils three-pointers. 
• FDU's 21-0 run put the Devils up 37-17 with 4:20 left in the half, but a 9-2 answer from the Dutchmen cut the FDU lead to 13 at 39-26 heading into the break. 
• The Dutchmen opened the second half with 14 straight points to take a 40-39 lead just 4:02 into the half. 
• Sherwin Simmons knotted the game at 42 apiece with a trey at the 14:57 mark followed by a trey from William Gardner to give the Devils the lead once again at 45-44 with 12:29 left in regulation. 
• That was FDU's final lead of the contest as LVC outscored the Devils 39-24 to close out the final 12:10 of the game. 

GAME NOTES

• Wednesday's game was the 12^th game this season Denvir finished with double figure points.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, Jan. 24 as FDU hosts interstate rival Stevens. Tip-off is set for 3 p.m.
