Madison, NJ– In preparation for the upcoming season, the FDU-Florham volleyball team and head coach Jason Madsen have announced the program's 2025 schedule which features a total of twenty-eight matches, nine home contests, and seven matchups against MAC Freedom opponents. 

The Devils open their season with an away tri-match at Sarah Lawrence on Aug. 30 where they square off with both the Gryphons and Nichols College. FDU then hosts Mount Saint Vincent on Sept. 4 for their home opener, followed by a lengthy road trip beginning with a tri-match against Catholic & Eastern on Sept. 6, then traveling to Maritime (Sept. 9), St. Joseph's Brooklyn (Sept. 11), and Farmingdale State (Sept. 16).  

To round out September, FDU hosts Bard College (Sept. 18), then travels for an away tri-match at Wilson (Sept. 20). The Devils return to the Ferguson Recreation Center for their first MAC Freedom match as FDU hosts Lebanon Valley (Sept. 24) before they head back on the road to face Arcadia (Sept. 30). 

The Devils open October at home against John Jay College (Oct. 2), before heading to Stevens (Oct. 8), and a tri-match at Centenary with the Cyclones and the Marymount Saints on Oct. 11. FDU returns home to host MAC Freedom opponent Misericordia on Oct. 14, then on the road against Ramapo on Oct. 16, before returning to the Ferguson Rec Center against Delaware Valley (Oct. 22). The Devils wrap up October with a tri-match against Stockton and CCNY on Oct. 25 followed by an away match at King's on Oct. 28. 

FDU closes out the regular season with three of its last five matches at home, including its first home tri-match of the year on Nov. 1 as the Devils play host to Rutgers-Newark and Brooklyn. FDU then hosts their final MAC Freedom opponent in DeSales, on Nov. 5 before traveling to Montclair State on Nov. 8 for a tri-match featuring St. Joseph's-Long Island to close out the season. 

The MAC Freedom Tournament will begin on Wednesday, Nov. 12 and a champion will be crowned on Saturday, Nov. 15. The higher seeded team will be named the host in each round, and the winner of the MAC Freedom title will earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Tournament.
