MAHAWAH, N.J. – The FDU-Florham volleyball team came away with a 3-0 sweep against Ramapo Thursday night on the road. 

DEVILS HIGHLIGHTS

• Genevieve Fitch tallied 10 kills. 
• Hannah Weinman notched five aces and two blocks
• Amaya Ocasio had 27 assists, and Fitch and Arianna Wood tallied 12 digs each.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The two squads played a back-and-forth first set, but after a kill from Fitch put the Devils up 22-17, a five-point run from the Roadrunners tied the set at 22 apiece. FDU used two kills and benefited from a Ramapo attack error to win the Set 1 25-23.
• The Devils took a little longer to get going in Set 2, and despite being down 13-7 after a 7-0 Ramapo run, FDU stormed back and finished the set on a 6-0 run highlighted by five service aces from Weinman to take Set 2 25-21. 
• In Set 3, the Roadrunners took an early 3-0 lead. It was a back-and-forth set for much of the set, but two Ramapo attack errors and back-to-back kills from Tayla O'connor and Weinman gave the Devils a 20-16 lead. FDU went onto outscore the Roadrunners 5-2 down the stretch and capped off the 3-0 sweep with back-to-back kills from Fitch to take Set 3 25-18.

GAME NOTES

• This was Fitch's 12 match with 10 or more kills. 
• Thursday's match was the sixth match in a row Ocasio recorded 20 or more assists. 
• Thursday's win was FDU's 10^th of the year and marks the fifth straight year of 10 or more wins in a season.

The Devils return home on Wednesday Oct. 22 for a MAC Freedom match with Delaware Valley. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
