MADISON, N.J. – The FDU-Florham volleyball team handedly swept Delaware Valley Wednesday night at home for its first MAC Freedom win of the year.

DEVILS HIGHLIGHTS

• Genevieve Fitch tallied 10 kills and nine digs on the night.
• Gabbie Hart finished with four aces to lead all servers. 
• Hannah Weinman finished with five blocks. 
• Amaya Ocasio had 24 assists. 
• Tayla O'Connor finished with one ace, four blocks and led all players on the night with 10 digs. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Devils dominated the first set as FDU opened the match with a 25-8 win. 
• The Aggies earned just three of their eight points on kills as the other five were induced by Devils attack errors or service errors. 
• FDU managed runs of 5-0, 7-0 and finished the set with a 6-0 run. 
• Set 2 saw a 25-14 win by the Devils as FDU dominated the floor again with a 7-0 run to take a 10-5 lead highlighted by two kills from Weinman. 
• FDU finished the set with a 15-9 run. 
• Set 3 was much like Set 1 as FDU held the Aggies to just 10 points with only half being either kills or service aces. 

GAME NOTES 

• Wednesday's match was the 13^th match Fitch tallied 10 or more kills. 
• This was the 16^th match Ocasio notched 20 or more assists and her seventh straight. 
• Weinman tied her season high in blocks with five.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, Oct. 25 as FDU heads to Stockton to take on the Ospreys and CCNY Beavers in the Stockton Tri-Match. First match is set for 11 a.m.
