New York, NY (January 25)- In Dr. Sander Scorcher Meet hosted by Armory Track, two FDU-Florham Women's Track & Field athletes qualified to enter the meet with their performances from the two meets earlier in the season.
It was
Bianca Burke ( Bridgewater, NJ) who ran on the track alone for the Devils, as she was seen competing in the 200m and 400m Open events. The Junior produced a performance of 26.94 in the 200m which placed her 52nd overall. Her time in the 400m landed her 21st overall and a school record, as well as being ranked as the 97th fastest time in Division III.
In the field was
Meghan Kreinberg (Union, NJ) who made her mark in the Shot Put Open with a distance of 11.52m, placing her 21
st overall and making her the only Division III athlete to compete in the open event.
FDU-Florham looks to next weekend, Saturday February 1st, for their next meet at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout.
