Madison, NJ (September 13) – The FDU-Florham men's soccer team struck down Lehman College 3-0.
Drilon Toska scored twice, and
Ryan Maguire scored once as well.

The score of the game changed almost immediately, as with only 1: 57 into the game,
Ryan Maguire (Toms River, NJ) tackled a Lehman defender to retrieve the ball, dribbled it up the field, and launched a rocket into the top corner of the net to get his first goal of the season and gave the Devils an early 1-0 lead.
The Devils added on to the scoresheet at 20:57, when
Jack Montanile (Toms River, NJ) passed a long through ball ahead to
Drilon Toska (Lincoln Park, NJ) ahead, who dribbled it up to the net and slotted it past the keeper to extend the score to 2-0. This goal also gave Toska the lead in goals scored for the MAC in 2024.
Toska wasn't done there, as just under four minutes later he scored from another through ball, this time from
Ferid Zaku (Wayne, NJ) to push the advantage for FDU up to 3. The score remained that way up until halftime.
Despite both teams getting chances at scoring the game remained 3-0 until the match ended. As the time expired, the Devils won against Lehman 3-0.
Anthony Petrucci (West Orange, NJ) accrued 4 saves in the match and didn't let a goal into the net. The Devils outshot the Lightning in total (25-10) although shots on goal were much closer (5-4). Lehman edged FDU out on corner kicks (5-4) and gained more fouls than FDU as well (9-3).
The Devils will complete their home stand on September 17
th at 4:00 PM when FDU takes on Valley Forge at Elizabeth Ruth Hennesy Field.
