Madison, NJ. (November 2) – The FDU-Florham Men's Soccer downed Arcadia 4-1 on senior day.
Christian Adame scored a brace, while
Drilon Toska and
Irfan Kermalli also scored goals for the Devils.

The game started off with a bang from the Devils. With 8:44 into the match,
Jonathan Shirley (Lincoln Park, NJ) picked the ball off an Arcadia defender, who passed the ball to
Drilon Toska (Lincoln Park, NJ), who shot the ball past the goalkeeper to give himself the lead for the most goals in the MAC and give FDU the 1-0 lead. The defenses for both sides held up for the remainder of the half, and the Devils took a 1-0 advantage into halftime.
The Devils kept up the pace at the start of the second half, when 55:41 at,
Christian Adame (Passiac, NJ) launched an absolute rocket into the net to extend the lead to 2-0.
Just under 12 minutes later, at 67:35,
Ryan Maguire (Toms River, NJ) shot the ball that the goalkeeper saved, but Adame got the rebound and poked it into the net to further the lead to 3-0.
After a goal by Arcadia off a long shot, FDU did not let them back into the game, as
Ferid Zaku (Wayne, NJ) passed the ball to
Irfan Kermalli (Parisppany, NJ), who headed it into the next to shut the door on the Knights. That goal was the last one of the game, and the Devils claim victory on senior day against Arcadia, 4-1.
Anthony Petrucci (West Orange, NJ) was in net for the first time since September 28
th, and performed very well, earning three saves.
The Devils shot more total (18-13) and on goal (10-4). Arcadia had more corners (10-5) while FDU had slightly more fouls (10-7).
The Devils will participate in the ECAC tournament next, at a time, date, and place to be determined.
