Galloway, NJ. (October 5) - The FDU-Florham Devils put up a valiant attempt against Stockton, but ultimately fell 4-0 to Osprey's offensive efforts.

The Osprey's got themselves on the board at 12:08 minute mark when Stockton landed their first goal, giving them the 1-0 lead until the end of the first quarter. The Osprey's were able to take the lead to 2-0 with less than five minutes left in the second quarter after successfully sneaking past FDU defense and goalie. FDU-Florham saw multiple opportunities but were unable to get the ball past the Stockton goalie. 

After halftime, the score remained 2-0 until the fourth quarter as neither the Devils nor the Osprey's were able to convert their shot attempts into goals during the third period. At the end of the fourth, Stockton was able to earn two more goals less than 3 minutes apart, taking the score to 4-0. The Devils were not able to make the comeback, ultimately falling to the Ospreys, 4-0.  FDU led the match in penalty corners 11-8 but Stockton led in shots 22-5 (14-4 on goal).  

In goal for the match was, Emily Schlessinger as she had 2 saves and Adrianna Goodwin with 7 saves.  

The FDU-Florham Devils will continue on the road for a match up against New Paltz on Wednesday, October 9th at 3:30pm.
