Annville, PA. (October 19) - The FDU-Florham Field Hockey Team falls to Lebanon Valley for their third MAC Freedom Conference match of the season, 4-0.

During the first quarter, the FDU Devils fought hard to get on the board, but the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen beat them to it. Lebanon Valley was able to land one goal in the first quarter following another one in the second. FDU was not able to convert any of their plays into points and ended the second quarter with a score of 2-0.
After halftime, the third quarter was scoreless for both teams. The Devils pushed the Flying Dutchmen offense, leading in penalty corners (2), but none were converted. In the final quarter, the Dutchmen continued to press offensively, scoring two more goals and ultimately defeating the Devils, 4-0.
In goal for the Devils, was Emily Schlessinger (Asbury NJ) as she saved 18 of the 22 shots taken on goal by the Flying Dutchmen.
The FDU-Florham Devils will return home against Delaware Valley on Wednesday, October 23rd for a 4:00pm match up.
