Dallas, PA (April 16) – The FDU-Florham Men's lacrosse team (6-8, 2-3) traveled to Misericordia (6-7, 2-2) on Sunday afternoon, for MAC Freedom match up that resulted in a 20-4 loss for the Devils.

Brain Stewart (Narbeth, PA) both accounted for one goal and one point in today's game.
Misericordia took a commanding lead by netting the ball four times until
Michael Stewart slowed the momentum with a goal, just three minutes left in the first quarter, 1-4. The Devils did not strike again until four minutes left in the second quarter, as sophomore
Ronnie Trisuzzi (Rockaway, NJ) flicked the ball in ball in before ending the half at 2-12.
FDU-Florham's
Brenden Fabin (Randolph, NJ) added it's third goal in the third quarter and Brain Stewart added the Devils fourth goal in the fourth quarter, before falling to Misericordia, 4-20, in a MAC Freedom contest.
The Devils held a 15-35 disadvantage in shots, was 22-36 in ground balls and went a 12-for-22 on the clear. FDU-Florham was successful on eleven face-off attempts.
In net,
Dalton Povilaitis (Jefferson, NJ) was given the loss, but not before he was forced to make fifteen saves in today's contest. Sean Wallace from Misericordia was given the win after making eight saves on the day.
FDU-Florham will stay on the road as they travel to DeSales University for another MAC Freedom match-up on Wednesday, April 19, starting at 7pm.
