Madison, NJ (September 17) – For the second consecutive season, the FDU-Florham Devils and the Lebanon Valley Dutchmen played to overtime in their Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) matchup. After last year's 33-27 double overtime victory for FDU-Florham in Annville, Pa., Lebanon Valley came to Madison, NJ in 2022 and earned a 17-14 overtime victory this afternoon.
After today's loss, FDU-Florham's record sits at 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the MAC, while Lebanon Valley moved to 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the league standings.

Kwanir Edwards (Trenton, NJ) led the Devils offense with a career-high 177 yards and a touchdown, while senior
TJ Brown (Staten Island, NY) threw for a game-high 146 yards.
Connor Perez (Warwick, NY) hauled in four catches from Brown for 52 yards in the setback today for the Devils.
Lebanon Valley was paced by quarterback Braden Bohannan, who gained 99 yards on the ground and 131 yards through the air. Brent Moody caught a pair of passes for 61 yards and a touchdown for the visitors.
The Dutchmen converted off an interception late in the first quarter for an early 7-0 edge. After picking the ball off at the Devils 37-yard line, Bohannan rushed for two yards and Tim Ervey ran 35-yards into the end zone for the score.
FDU-Florham answered with a 13 play, 65-yard drive that lasted over six minutes and was capped by a 1-yard touchdown run by Edwards. On the drive, Edwards ran for 42 of the 75 yards and registered his first rushing score of his collegiate career.
Before the halftime break, the Devils forced the Dutchmen to punt on 4th and 15 and drove 40-yards on seven plays in three minutes for a touchdown and a 14-7 lead.
Nayson Brown (Red Bank, NJ) rushed for his first touchdown of the season for the lead.
After a scoreless third quarter, Lebanon Valley once again converted off an interception for a game-tying touchdown. Nick Morder picked off the ball inside the ten yard line and the Dutchmen drove 91-yards on eight plays in 2:50 to knot the game up at 14-14.
FDU-Florham took over near midfield with 46-seconds to play in regulation, but the Lebanon Valley defensive unit intercepted Brown's pass at the 34-yard line sending the game into overtime.
Lebanon Valley won the toss and chose to defend on the first possession of overtime. On FDU's first offensive possession, the Devils gained five total yards and lined up for a 37-yard field goal.
Chris DiMedio's (Cornwall, NY) attempt drifted just right of the goalpost leaving the game in the hands of the visitors.
The Dutchmen went three and out on their possession, but Devin Crone drilled a 36-yard game winning field goal as the visitors edged FDU-Florham, 17-14.
FDU-Florham will host King's College (Pa.) in a MAC matchup next weekend, September 24, on Homecoming beginning at 12:00 pm on Robert T. Shields Field.
