Hoboken, NJ (April 13) – The FDU-Florham women's tennis team fell to Stevens, 9-0, in MAC Freedom action this afternoon on the road. The loss pushed FDU's record to 5-3 overall and 1-1 in league play.
 
The two contested matches in doubles play went to the Ducks as Agatha Malinowski and Audrey Heaberlin picked up an 8-3 win over Nicole DelRosso (Summit, NJ) and Kayla Dello Iacono (Moodus, Conn.) at No. 1 and Isabella Dona and Alexis Fuda topped Maggie Cronkhite (Deep River, Conn.) and Erin Weller (Pitman, NJ), 8-0, at No. 2.
 
Stevens surrendered just five sets in five contested singles matches. Dello Iacono played the closest singles match for the Devils at No. 2, but fell to Heaberlin by a 6-1, 6-2 final.
 
FDU will host DeSales University in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday, April 20 at 3:30 pm.
