Center Valley, Pa. (October 15) – FDU-Florham fell to DeSales University in a Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) matchup this afternoon by a 5-0 final. Tyra Wingle totaled four of the five goals on the day for the host Bulldogs.

After a scoreless first quarter, DeSales struck for the game's first goal three and a half minutes into the second. Nikki Chiaradia notched her second goal of the year after FDU-Florham keeper
Emily Prachthauser (Morristown, NJ) made a save on the initial attempt off a penalty corner.
DeSales doubled its advantage early in the third as Catie McGrath fed the ball to Tyra Wingle just 1:55 after the halftime break.
Wingle completed the hat trick for the Bulldogs and finished the day with four goals on the day as DeSales won the contest by a 5-0 final.
Prachthauser, now 5-6 in goal for the Devils this season, made five saves in cage for FDU-Florham over the first three quarters of action.
Emily Schlessinger (Asbury, NJ) made four stops in relief over the final quarter for the Devils.
FDU-Florham will host King's College (Pa.) on Wednesday, October 19 at 4:00 pm for a MAC Freedom matchup. Prior to the game, the Devils will honor their Senior Class.
