Madison, NJ (January 4) – Due to various Covid-19 health and safety protocols, the FDU-Florham women's basketball game vs. DeSales University scheduled for Wednesday, January 5 has been canceled.
Per the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) forfeit and cancelation guidelines, the game will go down as a forfeit for FDU, but will the loss will only be counted towards its league record not its overall record. The overall win loss record is not affected per NCAA guidelines.
Since the women's game has been canceled, the men's basketball game scheduled for Wednesday, January 5 against DeSales University has been moved up to a 6:00 pm start time from inside the Ferguson Recreation Center.
All fans who plan attending the men's basketball game tomorrow evening or any indoor home event for the remainder of the season, must follow the most up to date Covid-19 protocols. All of those arriving on campus most show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the event. All ID's and vaccine cards must be shown at the FDU security entrance at 285 Madison Avenue.
