" Our women's team goal was to maintain with the pack of runners as long as they could in order to improve their times. The first mile showed this with our lead runners going out in under a 6:30 mile pace," said
head coach John Cahill. "As the course picked up the ladies had to make a decision on how vigorously to push their way to the finish line. In the last of our tune up races the women's team proved their speed was well verse and the times were exactly where we were hoping to be. Our next race will tell us ultimately where we will be in the MAC."
FDU is off until September 26 when the Devils head to Mount Saint Mary's College for a 12:00 pm race.
