Madison, NJ. (June 17) – The Fairleigh Dickinson University football team and head coach Jimmy Robertson has announced the 2021 schedule which features a total of ten games, five home contests and eight matchups with opponents from the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC).

COMPLETE 2021 SCHEDULE
 
The Devils will open the 2021 campaign at home on Friday, September 3 at 7:00 pm against the United States Merchant Marine Academy on Robert T. Shields Field. FDU defeated Merchant Marine in the 2019 season opener in Kings Point by a 56-48 final. Fairleigh Dickinson will play its first road game of the year in week two at William Paterson University with kickoff scheduled for 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 11.
 
Homecoming is slated to take place on Saturday, September 25 at 12:00 pm as the Devils host Misericordia University in the MAC opener for both squads. Four of the next five games for Fairleigh Dickinson will take place away from Robert T. Shields Field as the Devils will travel to Widener (October 2), Lebanon Valley (October 9), Kings (Pa.) (October 23) and Albright (October 30).

Fairleigh Dickinson is scheduled to host Delaware Valley University, which has won three consecutive MAC Championship titles and reached the NCAA Division III National Quarterfinals in 2019, on Saturday, October 16. The Devils will close out the 2021 campaign with back-to-back 12:00 pm home games against MAC rivals Alvernia on November 6 and Stevenson on November 13.
