Fairleigh Dickinson University will be holding its 42 Hours of Giving campaign and this year, we are looking to provide hope for the future to our student-athletes during these difficult times.  The #TogetherWeCanDoSoMuchMore campaign has been designed to unite the FDU Community and offer opportunity for the future.
 
The Challenge
The Devils' 42-hour challenge is on!  In honor of Fairleigh Dickinson's founding year, 1942, we invite you to join us in boosting our Devils Athletics alumni giving. Our goal is to have 250 donors who will give $25 or more in 42 hours. 
 
Director of Athletics Challenge
In addition to the matching gift, I will donate $1,000 to the athletic team that has the most donations of $25 or more in the 42-hour period. This additional money will be used at the discretion of the team's head coach. 
 
Class of 2021
Student-athletes graduating in the class of 2020, I challenge you to begin your alumni involvement today.  For every graduating student-athlete that donates $20.21, I will personally match $20.21 for your respective team.  Essentially you can pay it forward with $40.42 to your former teammates and coaching staff. 
 
Spread the Love
Please help spread the word about the 42-hour Challenge and share the good news of your gift on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).  Even something as simple as the following with encourage others to give:
"I've just made my gift to FDU's 42 hours of Giving because I want to provide hope for the future.  As we always say-Once a Devil, Always a Devil.  Please join me by visiting: 42 Hours-Devils Athletics Giving Page (fdu.edu)"
 
Once a Devil, Always a Devil
Today's Devils student-athletes are just like you. They play their hearts out for the love of the game and are hurting inside without sport. With your donation, we can at least provide hope that sooner than later we will be scoring goals, hitting three's, and making birdies.
