Box Score MADISON, N.J. (April 13, 2019) - Sophomore Nicole DelRosso of the FDU-Florham women's tennis team earned her 50th career victory as the Devils topped Eastern University 7-2 Saturday.

The Devils move to 12-2 on the season, including a 3-1 mark in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom.

DelRosso and teammate Kira Bradley teamed together at No. 1 doubles but were bested 8-6 in a spirited battle. The Devils rebounded to pick up 8-1 wins in the next two flights to take a 2-1 lead entering singles play. Junior Mia Capozzoli and senior Allyson Wolf won at No. 2, while freshman Erin Weller and junior Logan Squires picked up the victory at No. 3.

DelRosso hit the milestone with her 7-5, 6-4 triumph at No. 1 singles. She joined Bradley as the two Devils to win 50 victories this season on the women's side. Wolf picked up a shutout at No. 3 with her 6-0, 6-0 victory, while Capozzoli and Weller nearly did the same. Both surrendered just one game, while Squires closed out the victory with a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles.
