GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three FDU-Florham basketball student-athletes earned CSC Academic All-District for the 2026 season as women's tennis Giavana Caraccioli, Melanie Perez, and Juliana Richardson each achieved the honor, the CSC Academic All-District Program announced Tuesday afternoon.  
  
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes must compete in 90% of the team's total games played or have started in 66% of total games, as well as maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. 

Giavana Caraccioli, a Bound Brook, N.J. native, played in all 11 singles and doubles matches this season. The Junior psychology and criminology put up a doubles match win for the Devils against Brooklyn College on September 10. 

Melanie Perez, a new member of the FDU-Florham Women's Tennis team, made her FDU debut against Hartwick on March 13. The Junior biochemistry major was seen playing in all 11 singles and 11 doubles matches this season. She put up two wins for the Devils, winning one singles match against William Paterson on March 25 and one doubles match against Kean on April 24. 

Juliana Richardson, a new member of the FDU-Florham Women's Tennis team, made her FDU debut against Hartwick on March 13. The sophomore played in all 11 singles and 11 doubles matches this season. She put up one singles match win against Stockton on March 31 and one doubles match win against Kean on April 24.
