Box Score Albany, NY (December 4, 2019)- Women's Basketball fell to Division 1 University at Albany from the America East Conference Wednesday, 81-21. With the loss, FDU drops to 2-6 on the season while Albany improves to 4-5. The game was a great opportunity for the Devils to play and learn from a Division 1 opponent while getting a chance to play on a national ESPN+ broadcast.

FDU battled hard the entire game, forcing 12 UAlbany turnovers over the course of 40 minutes. Senior
Cayla Staggers led all Devils in scoring with 6 points on 3-of-6 (50%) shooting from the field. Junior
Jennah Roman finished with 5 points while playing well defensively, standing in for three charges and recording a steal. Freshman
Nevaeh Sutton contributed 3 points and 6 rebounds for FDU while fellow Freshman
Jayda Bing led the team with 8 rebounds.
