MADISON, N.J. (September 5, 2018) - The FDU-Florham men's soccer team was upended by No. 12 Drew University 6-0 Wednesday evening.

FDU drops to 0-3 on the season, as Drew improves to 2-1.

Sophomore Justin Estremera had an attempt sail wide just 12 seconds into the game, while junior Liam Ryan made his first save of the night just over a minute later. Drew would notch two goals within the first 8:46, but Ryan made five saves to keep the Devils in the game.

After Drew added a third, the Devils were awarded a pair of corner kicks, but were unable to convert. Estremera fired three shots on goal in the final 20 minutes of the opening half, but the Rangers goalie snared all three.

Ryan was able to make three saves during the first part of the second stanza, but the Rangers continued to put pressure on the backline. Drew was able to add three more goals to establish the final margin.

The junior Ryan set a career-best with 14 saves, as Estremera had a team-high four shots.

FDU hits the road again Saturday, traveling to Farmingdale St. for a 12 p.m. contest.
