MADISON, N.J. (February 10, 2018) - The FDU men's basketball team picked up a 70-63 victory over Delaware Valley Saturday afternoon.

FDU was led by 23 points from freshman Sean Smith, while classmate Ahmad St. Fleur and junior Darren Davy each scored 18. St. Fleur added seven assists and five rebounds in the victory.

With the game tied at 11, the Devils, behind a pair of treys from Smith, took an 8-2 run to pull in front. The Aggies returned with 18 of the next 24 points to grab a six point lead. After the two sides traded buckets, sophomore Rajaan Dixon connected from deep with three seconds left in the period to cut the lead in half. FDU hit five three in the opening half, while the Aggies mustered only two.

Smith once again hit from deep, this time with 14:06 left in the second half, putting FDU on top 48-43. Over the next three minutes, the Aggies went on a 9-2 spurt, once again grabbing the lead. The final 10:29 featured five different tie games, and with 5:24 to go, freshman Jimmy Olaniyi canned a three to put the Devils up 61-58.
