Box Score DANBURY, Conn. (October 3, 2018) - The FDU-Florham women's tennis team doubled Western Connecticut State 6-3 in non-conference action Wednesday.

The Devils remain perfect on the season, improving to 4-0.

Despite dropping the opening doubles match, the Devils rebounded to notch wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. Juniors Christine Kenny and Logan Squires notched a shutout at No. 3, winning 8-0. Senior Allyson Wolf and sophomore Brooke Dorsey pushed the Devils in front with an 8-2 triumph at No. 2.

The Colonials answered back to take a 3-2 edge with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, including a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 2. FDU rebounded well, notching wins at the bottom four flights to claim the win. Dorsey and freshman Erin Weller cruised to 6-0, 6-0 wins in the final two flights, while Wolf and sophomore Kira Bradley marched to identical 6-0, 6-1 wins. 

FDU returns to competition on Friday, October 12 when they host St. Joseph's-Brooklyn at 4 p.m.
