GLENSIDE, Pa. – The FDU-Florham men's soccer team suffered a 6-0 setback to Arcadia University in a non-conference contest on Saturday afternoon.

The Devils drop to 0-8 on the season as the Knights improve to 6-1-1.

The first half proved to be an even contest as the Devils hammered seven shots while Arcadia took just one more in eight. Still, the Devils could not break through as the Knights were able to take a 1-0 lead at the half in the 26^th minute.

FDU-Florham continued to press in the first as a freshman forward Ricky La Stella fired four shots in a five minute span, but to no avail.

Arcadia demonstrated their dominance in the second half, setting the tone early with their second mark just a minute in to play.

In the 65^th minute, the Knights used a penalty kick opportunity to put things at 3-0.

The Devils struggled to find to find their way back into the match as Arcadia put in two more within 29 seconds of each other. The Knights finished their offensive campaign with the sixth and final goal in the 90^th minute.

Senior goalie JT Bretschneider made seven saves in the loss.
